Meet - Meydenbauer Center

Next year, this facility -- the second largest convention center in the Puget Sound Region -- will undergo a $12.5 million renovation that will include interior enhancements; A/V and network upgrades; and an updated exterior. 

Stay - Hilton Bellevue

This 355-room property recently completed and $8 million renovation of its guest rooms in June 2014, and is expected to complete upgrades to its 30,000 square feet of meeting and public space by the end of 2014. It's a 10-minute walk from Meydenbauer Center, and also has some of the largest guest rooms and suites in the area. 

Shop - The Bellevue Collection

"There's great shopping in Bellevue -- better shopping than in Seattle in my opinion," says Sur La Table's Trepanier. The massive Bellevue Collection has more than 250 stores and 45 restaurants and entertainment options spread out over three connected properties -- Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, and Bellevue Place. A $1.2 billion, two-million-square-foot mixed-use expansion of The Bellevue Collection is currently underway.
