Chris did a very thorough and impressive job of assembling a great package for our convention on behalf of Visit Bellevue Washington. I could tell she spent some time reviewing the RFP and presenting all of the options available. I received a few nice summary attachments in Cvent prepared by Chris that included EVERYTHING my client and I needed to see the "full picture" right down to the breakdown of costs for rental at the Convention Center, available dates, number of rooms each hotel was able to provide for the total block, location of the hotels on a map with their proximity to the Center, concessions offered, comp room ratios, AND special requests. Chris' follow-up and attention to detail is to be commended. While it would have been easy to submit the information in Cvent and wait for a decision (as many suppliers do), Chris was in touch after the fact and asked if there was anything else she could do to get Bellevue on the shortlist.
