We look forward to welcoming your group to Bellevue. But before that can happen we know that meeting planners have a lot to do to plan and promote your event in Bellevue. To assist you in your marketing efforts we have assembled information and resources that you can use to inform attendees and vendors about Bellevue.

This Convention Planner's Toolbox provides you with tools and resources to save you time and make it easier for you to pull together local information and resources to make your event a success. Most of the resources listed below are available to you as PDF files that are ready for you to email to attendees or print out in quantities that you need for your event. Visitor Guides & Brochures
- The Bellevue Visitor Guide is an annual life-style magazine type magazine that includes stories and tips on things to see and do in Bellevue. The guide is provided complementary in all Bellevue hotel guest rooms and are distributed at information centers at major shopping areas, Meydenbauer Center and Bellevue City Hall.

- Brochure: Bellevue Travel Personalities is a small tri-fold brochure that can be provided to your group for use in registration bags or as a hand-out. The brochure is designed to be downloaded and self-printed by your group and can be printed as either a letter or legal sized 2-sided document and folded.
- Brochures from local and regional attractions are available upon request.

We have a range of general and secific maps that will assist you and your attendees find their way around Bellevue or the region.
