KidsQuest Children's Museum
A hands-on, interactive children's museum, KidsQuest encourages a love of learning through play with an emphasis on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math). For the past 7 years KidsQuest has encouraged whole-family learning, with exhibits and programs geared toward children birth to age ten.
KidsQuest exhibits include The Backyard, designed just for the three and under set with larger than life birdhouses, a huge train table and an oversized leaf climber; the popular Waterways, where kids can pump, splash and create music; The Garage, which is always busy with children climbing inside the Peterbilt semi-truck cab, experimenting with air at Whoosh!, and tinkering with tools in the Construction Zone; and KidsQuest's indoor Treehouse. Field trips, birthday parties, summer camps, early learning classes, workshops, special events and free programs are available year-round.
KidsQuest Children's Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and gives back to the community through membership & camp scholarships, free admission on the 3rd Thursday Night of the month from 5-8pm, and membership donations to local schools and nonprofit organizations.
KidsQuest has received numerous local awards, including Best Place for Kids Activities, Best Kid-Friendly Museum, Best Indoor Play Space and Best Nonprofit. The museum is currently located in Market Place at Factoria, and recently announced plans to move to downtown Bellevue near the Bellevue Regional Library.
